Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Fluxerv uses cookies and browser storage to keep the workspace secure, remember preferences, support product features, and prepare for future consent-based analytics or marketing tools.

What Cookies and Browser Storage Are

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. Browser storage, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, can also store product preferences or temporary feature data on your device.

Fluxerv uses cookies and browser storage to operate the product, protect signed-in sessions, remember interface choices, and support workspace features.

Essential Cookies

Fluxerv uses essential cookies and related browser storage to authenticate users, keep sessions active, refresh login state, protect private workspace routes, and connect client-side actions with your account.

These cookies are necessary for core product functionality. If you block them, sign-in, workspace access, sharing, billing, or security features may not work correctly.

Workspace and Preference Storage

Fluxerv may use browser storage to remember local preferences such as theme selection, active document selection, onboarding state, anonymous guest drafts, and other interface choices.

For signed-in users, document content is primarily stored in the cloud database. Some local storage keys may still be used to improve session continuity and reduce unnecessary reloads.

AI Coach and Inbox Storage

Fluxerv may store AI Coach conversation history in browser storage scoped to the signed-in user so your local conversation can remain available across route changes and refreshes.

Fluxerv may store Inbox Quick Capture items in browser storage scoped to the signed-in user until you create a page, append the item to an existing page, or archive it.

Signing out clears account-related local conversation and workspace traces managed by Fluxerv, though browser-level storage can also be cleared manually through your browser settings.

Service Provider Cookies

Fluxerv relies on service providers that may set or use cookies and similar technologies when providing authentication, database, payment, security, or infrastructure services.

Current providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Google Gemini for AI features, and Upstash Redis for rate limiting or usage protection.

Stripe or authentication providers may use cookies, device identifiers, or fraud-prevention signals according to their own policies when you sign in, manage billing, or complete payment flows.

Analytics and Marketing Cookies

Fluxerv does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing tracking cookies in the production product.

If Fluxerv adds analytics, advertising, remarketing, or conversion measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where legally required, request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar storage for those purposes.

For users in regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google advertising or measurement products may require consent signals before using cookies, local storage, or personal data for ads personalization or measurement.

Managing Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, clear site data, or remove storage for a specific site.

Blocking essential cookies or clearing site storage may sign you out, remove local preferences, clear local AI Coach or Inbox history, or interrupt workspace features.

Changes to This Policy

Fluxerv may update this Cookie Policy as the product, providers, analytics tools, or legal requirements change. If material changes are made, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
