Terms of Service

Fluxerv provides a developer-focused workspace for documents, AI-generated components, public sharing, and related productivity features.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, generate, publish, or share through Fluxerv. Do not use Fluxerv to create illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.

You may use Fluxerv only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and any limits or instructions shown in the product.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for keeping credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us at contact@fluxerv.com

Fluxerv may restrict or suspend access if an account is used to abuse the service, bypass limits, attack infrastructure, or violate these terms.

You may not share account access in a way that bypasses plan limits, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another user's private workspace.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Fluxerv, including your notes, document structure, prompts, generated components, and public share content.

You grant Fluxerv the rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, render, back up, and display your content solely to provide and operate the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, generate, store, or share the content you place in Fluxerv.

Fluxerv can generate and refine interactive components using AI. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for production use without review.

You are responsible for reviewing generated code, data, calculations, and public content before relying on it or sharing it with others.

AI output may be similar to output generated for other users, may contain bugs, and may not be unique. Fluxerv does not guarantee that AI output is correct, safe, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.

Do not submit API keys, passwords, private credentials, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party information to AI prompts unless you are authorized and accept the risk of processing by AI providers.

You may not use Fluxerv to generate or host malware, credential theft tools, phishing pages, deceptive interfaces, illegal content, abusive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

You may not attempt to bypass AI limits, rate limits, subscription checks, security controls, sandboxing, authentication, or billing systems.

You may not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with Fluxerv infrastructure or service providers.

If you create a public share link, anyone with that link may view the shared document until you revoke access. Do not publish private, confidential, or sensitive information unless you intend it to be accessible through the link.

Fluxerv may remove or restrict public content that appears to violate the law, third-party rights, or these terms.

Public shared pages are read-only for visitors, but the content remains your responsibility. You should review shared documents before distributing links.

Paid plans may be billed through Stripe. Plan limits, pricing, and included AI usage may change as Fluxerv evolves, subject to the terms presented at checkout or in the product.

You can cancel a subscription through the billing flow or by contacting contact@fluxerv.com for help. Access changes are applied according to the subscription lifecycle received from Stripe.

If payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or Stripe reports that access should no longer be active, Fluxerv may downgrade the account or restrict Pro features.

Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and payment method issues may be handled by Stripe or your payment provider.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, subscription fees are not automatically refundable for partially used billing periods.

During beta, Fluxerv may review refund requests case by case, especially for duplicate charges, billing errors, or access problems caused by Fluxerv systems.

For billing help, email contact@fluxerv.com with the account email and approximate transaction date.

Fluxerv may enforce monthly AI generation limits, refine limits, rate limits, and other fair-use controls to protect reliability and manage AI provider costs.

Limits may differ by Free, Pro, admin, beta, or promotional plans. Fluxerv may adjust limits as product usage and AI costs change.

Attempts to evade limits through multiple accounts, automation, abuse, or technical workarounds may result in suspension or loss of access.

Fluxerv is currently in beta. Features may change, usage limits may be adjusted, and the service may be interrupted while we improve reliability and prepare for public launch.

Fluxerv is provided without a guarantee that every AI generation, component, public link, or integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may modify, pause, remove, or redesign beta features without notice. You should keep independent backups of important information.

Fluxerv relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, AI generation, billing, and rate limiting. These may include Supabase, Google Gemini, Stripe, and Upstash.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Fluxerv is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or processing outside our reasonable control.

Fluxerv, its branding, interface, product design, and platform software are owned by Fluxerv or its licensors.

These terms do not grant you ownership of Fluxerv's trademarks, source code, infrastructure, or proprietary product design.

Fluxerv is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxerv disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

You are responsible for validating AI-generated components, calculations, code, data transformations, and public documents before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxerv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Fluxerv's aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Fluxerv for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you did not pay for the service.

You may stop using Fluxerv at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting support or privacy contacts listed on the site.

Fluxerv may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or infrastructure, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service abusively.

Fluxerv may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the product, by email, or by updating the date on this page.

Your continued use of Fluxerv after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
